Went around 5 pm even though there was a handful of guest, our host got us a table within 5 minutes. The sushi bar salad is a great appetizer 4/5. The rainbow roll is always a classic to order if you are into fresh fish. I really enjoyed the deep fried roll with salmon, cream cheese and avocado 5/5. Medium inside seating. They also have seating where you can watch them make the sushi rolls which is nice. Missing a star because their beverage selection needs more options. Overall, a great sushi restaurant to visit in Gilroy.

WOW! Finally a sushi spot open until 8:30pm. Walked in. Greeted quickly. Told to sit anywhere. Given a menu. A+ service. The servers are all teenagers, but someone trained them WELL. Very attentive. Not one was on their phone at any time (I was there almost 2 hours). Liked the music. A lot of Sublime and music in the genre. Ordered the edamame. I ordered regular since the garlic was way to much for one person. The regular was as well. A bit under cooked and asked for salt. I brought most home to add sesame oil. Chardonnay came in a glass that was already cold. $5.99 a glass. Since I got there at 1:45, still in time for the lunch bento box. Bento box has 2 items to choose. I LOVE you can pick specialty rolls as an option. Chicken Katsu was burnt. Came on a tray with white rice and teriyaki sauce (I think). I thought it would come with curry sauce. Got my salad to go (I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it at the time). Came with dressing on the side. Also had some veggies on the lettuce. I went for a special roll for my second choice. LOBSTER BISQUE ROLL. Get it. I normally would do a scallop one, but had to try something new. This one doesn't have mayonnaise like other places. More of a cheese mixture. I also have always wanted a sushi place where you can make your own roll. YOU CAN DO THAT HERE! My bill was $46. I brought home FOUR togo boxes. Brought home one with a full piece or chicken and the rest of the rice. The next was edamame. Small one with the salad. Small box for the other pieces of sushi left over.

Amazing sushi and quality. I came here for date night with my husband and we had a great time. We ordered Charlie Sheen, Dragon Ballz lol, and way too much but it did not go to waste. Staff was mediocre. We were sat by the restrooms which I did not like. Maybe next time we will do to go. Will recommend anyone to come give it a try!
